Fitness Trends to Watch in 2024

The number of people using home routines as a money-saving measure and to escape crowds is rising, and this trend will continue until 2024.

Last year, HIIT was emerging as the next big thing in the fitness industry, as more and more people became aware of its necessity as a critical piece in optimising health outcomes.
